Reconnect with yourself while exploring the beauty of Morelia, Mexico. This program blends gastronomy practice, foodie activities, and cultural immersion, giving participants the chance to live a mindful and authentic experience.

✅ Includes:

• 15 hours of guided workshop sessions over 3 weeks to learn how to cook Mexican Dishes.

• Accommodation in shared/private housing

• Pick-up at Morelia bus station/airport upon arrival

• Orientation and local support throughout the stay

• Cultural activities in Morelia (be part of the local community)

• One local excursion (e.g., Pátzcuaro)

• Certificate of participation
